Wednesday 3/29

Today we began the first portion of Lesson 11.2 to extend our understanding of solving systems of equations by graphing. Both homework assignments will be checked at the beginning of class tomorrow.

Tuesday 3/28

We dove into Chapter 11 today with an introduction to systems of equations in Lesson 11.1. We've got A LOT more to do with systems, but today was a good introduction for us.

Homework: Finish any unfinished classwork, then do textbook pages 602-606 (Problem 2). You can use Desmos instead of doing the table and graph by paper if you prefer.

We spent our first day back from break working in MATHia.

Thursday 3/9

We had the Chapter 10 Test today. Remember that Mathia Module 7 is due tomorrow. We will spend the class period on it so you all have the chance to complete it before we head out for spring break.

Wednesday 3/8

We had a review worksheet that we worked on in class today to prepare for the test tomorrow, finished for homework. If you missed today, I recommend you print out this worksheet and fill it out at home. This is homework due tomorrow and I highly recommend you be very detailed and use your book so you understand where the answers came from.

Tuesday 3/7

We finished out the chapter today with Lesson 10.4 where we investigated the slopes of parallel and perpendicular lines.

Instead of working through the textbook pages, we did a Desmos Activity that covered the same concepts. If you didn't finish it in class, please do so at home tonight. Head to student.desmos.com and type in the class code.
